CORD Principals Make Rift Valley Incursion

Prime Minister Raila Odinga, the Coalition for Reforms and Democracy (CORD) Presidential candidate, takes his campaigns to Rift Valley this weekend where he is scheduled to address a series of rallies in Kericho, Nandi and Bomet counties.

The PM will on Saturday, 16th February, 2013, address two major rallies – the first in Kipkelion, Kericho County; before shifting his campaigns to Nandi Hills Town, Nandi County, in the afternoon.

On Sunday, Mr Odinga will be joined by the co-CORD principals, Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka and Minister Moses Watengula, for an extensive campaign excursion in Bomet County.

The three will begin the day with separate church services in the morning - the PM at Chepangang Catholic Church, while the V-P and Mr Wetangula will be at Chemaner AG Church and Olbutyo Catholic Church, respectively.

After the service, the PM will make two stop-overs at Chepchabas and Cheseon for mini rallies, before proceeding to Bomet Town for a major rally. The V-P, on his part, will address a mini rally in Longisa Town before joining the co-principals for the major rally in Bomet. Mr Wetangula will himself make two stop-overs in Olbutyo and Ndani markets, prior to the Bomet rally.
